Entering your reservation number


You will find your reservation number on your ticket or on the confirmation provided by your agent. It is sometimes referred to as "PNR" or "Record Locator". If you do not have your reservation number, please contact your Axioma Travel agent.

The reservation number is a 6 digit alphanumeric code, ie. it contains letters and number. You will only need to enter these 6 digits and never any codes that follow or precede it.

It does not make a difference for Checkmytrip whether you enter it in or lower case.

Your last name needs to be entered exactly as it appears in reservation. Do not enter your first name or other information in this field.

UNITED AIRLINES PROBLEMI SA REZERVACIONIM SISTEMOM

Povratna karta za Hong Kong u Prvoj klasi kupljena za cetiri Frequent Flier milje plus $40 taxa.

Imalo je na website United Airlines od 13-15 Jula 2012.
"Greska u rezervacionom sistemu" ,kako je izjavila predstavnica za stampu ove najvece avio kompanije sveta.
Nakon sto su popravili greske u sistemu,United je dao opciju putnicima da ili vrate kupljene karte bez penala ili da doplate razliku do prave cene karte.
Medjutim,vlada je jos prolse godine donela zakon po kome nije dozvoljeno da se povecavaju cene vec prodatih karata,osim u slucaju porasta drzavnih taxi.
Ali ovo nije bio i jedini problem United Airlines i njegovog rezervacionog sistema u 2012 godini. Od kad su se "spojili" United i Continental Marta 2012, dosta putjinka je imalo problema prilikom check-in. U nekim slucajevima rezervacije su "nestajale" i putnici su stizali na svoj destinaciju par dana kasnije!!
Mnogi putnici se osecaju prevarenim i izneverenim.Naravno da su pretpostavili da je neka greska u pitanju,ali su ipak odlucili da iskoriste priliku i to je njihovo pravo.
Kada putnik zeli da vrati ili zameni kartu iz licnih razloga,avio kompanije ne oprastaju penale.
Trenutno postoji nekoliko tuzbi putnika kod Ministarstva za Transport (Tansportation Department) vezano za ovaj slucaj.
Nekada se ovakve greske desavaju i cak prodju nezapazeno,ali ako nesto izgleda suvise dobro da bi bilo istinito,uglavnom to i jeste. Kako nam kazu kolege iz United Airlines - problemi sa rezervacionim sistemom su otklonjeni tako da putnici u buduce nebi trebali imati vise problema!!
